About Team Race Queen
Motorsports has never been short on talent — but for too many young women, the road from karting to the podium is blocked by something that has nothing to do with skill: recourses.
Coaching. Equipment. Track time. Entry fees. Travel. The cost of climbing motorsports’ ladder adds up fast, and for aspiring female drivers, that cost is too often the difference between a dream deferred and a career launched.
Team Race Queen exists to close that gap.
It’s the charitable initiative behind the Race Queen® brand — built on a simple idea: every purchase should do more than look good. It should open a door for someone else.
Through Team Race Queen, we invest directly in the next generation of female talent across motorsports — helping remove financial barriers and providing access to:

- Competitive racing opportunities, including scholarship pathways into higher classes
Karts to Formula Cars
One of our flagship efforts is a partnership with Formula Mazda, the leader in single-make formula racing. Senior-level female kart racers with their sights set on F1 Academy, F4, or USF can earn scholarships to drive the new Formula Mazda FMzR — training under instructors with a history of developing world-class drivers, using methods and techniques that get results on the track.
Why it matters
Every girl with the talent and determination to race deserves the chance to pursue it — regardless of what’s in her family’s bank account. The Fueling Founder
Tony began his motorsports journey in his late teens, competing in formula cars and stock car trucks. While pursuing his passion for racing, Tony earned a degree from the University of Southern California and went on to build a successful corporate career, leading a Talent and Development team for a global consultancy.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony applied that same commitment to growth, discipline, and mentorship to raising his boys, helping develop them into college baseball players. Combining his experience in motorsports, talent development, and coaching, he founded Race Queen and Team Race Queen, a charity, dedicated to helping drivers make the critical transition from go-karting to race cars.
Through this initiative, Tony is committed to the development in the next generation of racing talent and creating opportunities for aspiring female drivers to pursue their dreams on the track.
